Shipping is calculated based on your total order’s weight. Below are approximate shipping rates in USD based on the net total shipment weight:

  • 0 – 50 lbs - $35
  • 50 lbs – 145 lbs: $75
  • 146 lbs – 400 lbs: $105
  • 401 lbs – 750 lbs: $139
  • 751 lbs – 1000 lbs: $159
  • 1001 lbs – 1500 lbs: $169
  • 1501 lbs – 1700 lbs: $199
  • 1701 lbs – 2000 lbs: $220
  • +2000 lbs: Please call us for a quote on delivery at 1-877-307-3298.

Shipping to areas outside the contiguous 48 USA states will cost more; please contact us before placing an order if you require shipping outside the contiguous 48 USA states.

There will be an additional charges added for deliveries made to residential addresses. Residential deliveries include home-based businesses that do not have commercial zoning. If you require the service of a lift gate, there may be additional charges for this service. Please contact us first with your needs, so we can contact the carrier and quote you on the additional charges.

We have 8 warehouses across North America and have forged partnerships with all of the major shipping carriers to bring competitive shipping rates to our customers. If you would prefer to pick up your products at the distribution center nearest you, and that location has the stock that you require to fill your order, arrangements for "Will Call pick up" can be made by calling customer service at 1-877-307-3298.

For delivery in the US, expect 1–3 business days. Rural areas & regions not serviced daily by major shipping carriers may require more time for delivery.

For delivery in Canada, expect 5–7 business days. Rural areas & regions not serviced daily by major shipping carriers may require more time for delivery.


Product Returns & Exchanges

Order Cancellation Policy

In the event that you decide to cancel your order with Trojan Tracks and notification of cancellation is received before your order leaves the warehouse, you will not be penalized with any fees and your payment will be refunded to you within one business day.

If the order that you would like to cancel has already shipped from the warehouse, you will be responsible for all return freight charges and will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee upon receipt of goods. The balance of our refund will be returned to you within one business day.

Returns Policy

We strongly recommend you know exactly what size and type of OEM alternate parts you need for your equipment before ordering to avoid any problems associated with product returns. If you have any doubts or questions about what type of tracks, tires, or parts are best suited for your equipment, do not hesistate to ask one of our product experts for guidance before ordering. Trojan Tracks wants every customer to be satisfied with every purchase. If for some reason you want to return your product(s) ordered from Trojan Tracks, you may do so as long as the following conditions are satisfied:

  • You must contact our customer service representatives at 1-877-307-3298 and notify us of your intent to return merchandise before you send back the product(s).
  • The product(s) has/have been in your possession for less than 30 consecutive days from invoice date.
  • The product(s) are still in new condition, with original packaging still intact.

Upon verification that the above criteria are met, returns will be accepted subject to a 15% restocking fee (based on net price of items being returned). All shipping and handling fees incurred (including any duty, tax, or fuel surcharges) for the return of the products are the responsibility of the customer returning the merchandise.

Defective or Missing Merchandise Policy

Upon receipt of your order, if any of your items are not in proper working order and it appears to be a manufacturers’ defect, or your order is missing parts and/or components, call Trojan Tracks customer service immediately at 1-877-307-3298 to speak with a representative and initiate the claim process. Return freight is still the responsibility of the customer pending claim investigation. If the manufacturer’s defect claim is approved, all shipping and related fees will be promptly refunded by Trojan Tracks. You have 14 days from receipt of shipment to file a defective parts claim.

Shipping Damages Policy

If you receive products from Trojan Tracks and the shipment appears to have been damaged in transit, please ensure that you keep all packaging materials as well as paperwork associated with your delivery. These items are required by shipping intermediaries to file any claims related to shipping damage. If the product does not appear to function properly because of damage that occurred during shipment, call 1-877-307-3298 immediately to initiate a shipping damage claim with us. We will need to contact the shipping intermediary and verify to them that the original paperwork and packaging is available for the investigation. Upon claim approval from the shipping intermediary, we will ship out replacement product(s) immediately at no cost to you. Please note: if the shipping damages claim is denied by the shipping intermediary, we will be unable to offer a refund on the goods associated with the claim.
